About Our Summer Camps

Beginner Camp - With an emphasis on the fun side of riding. Learning the basics both on and off of the horse
Novice - Intermediate Camp - For the Rider who wishes to improve their dressage riding skills/ & learn basic jumping skills.
Completed registration form accompanied by a cheque made payable to Amberlea Meadows will ensure confirmation of preferred dates
Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Camp hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants are to provide their own lunch.
Parents are invited to the last day of camp week to a performance of riding skills.
OBJECTIVE
Our objectives are to give people with an interest in horses the opportunity to increase their knowledge of horses and to improve their riding skills. The emphasis is on fun and learning.
PROGRAM
At Amberlea Meadows Summer Camps we emphasize the education of the rider with daily riding and lunging to improve balance, coordination, confidence and enjoyment. Horsemanship training, practical and theoretical, stable management as well as fun activities with the horse are offered every day in our Summer Camps.
